Trip Planning and Booking

Please start by submitting an Inquiry Form. Once we receive your submission, our tour experts will reach out to discuss your trip. We will explore your preferences and travel plans in more detail to create a personalized itinerary tailored just for you.

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of ¥50,000. This deposit will be applied toward your final tour cost. Your trip will be confirmed once we receive 50% of the total tour cost, which is required no later than 180 days before departure. The remaining balance must be settled within 90 days before your departure. Once your payments are complete, you can relax and arrive in Japan!

Your tour budget covers a comprehensive range of services to ensure a seamless travel experience. It includes a customized itinerary tailored to your preferences, the assignment of a personal tour expert to discuss, modify, and finalize your plans, and all costs related to accommodations, internal transportation and activities. Additionally, tour guide services are included to enhance your journey.
Our package excludes the cost of individual meals and flights to and from Japan. However, in our package, some hotels and ryokan include meals. If included, this will be specified in the itinerary.

Travel Essentials and Packing

No, our tour packages do not include airfare tickets to and from Japan. However, we are happy to help if you would like our guidance and recommendation.

In general, we do not set a strict limit on luggage, and allowances depend on your airline. Please inform us in advance if you will be traveling with extra or oversized luggage, as this may affect airport transfers and transportation arrangements.

Traveling to Japan
