Itinerary Adjustments & Deadlines
To ensure we can accommodate your requests as best as possible, please inform us of any significant changes to your itinerary at least 30 days before your tour.
Booking & Reservations
ENJYU JAPAN can assist with booking activities and restaurants, though availability cannot be guaranteed. We recommend making reservations well in advance, especially for larger groups, as some venues require early booking. Please note that certain reservations may be subject to cancellation fees.
Transportation & Entrance Fees
ENJYU JAPAN arranges intercity and other pre-bookable transportation, which is included in your travel package. Customers are responsible for additional local transportation costs (e.g., taxis) and entrance fees for non-pre-bookable sites, which must be paid on the tour day.
Dietary Needs & Food Restrictions
Vegetarian and vegan options may be limited in Japan, and some restaurants may be unable to accommodate specific dietary requests. Additionally, the restaurant staff’s English proficiency varies. If you have severe allergies, please inform us in advance, and we recommend taking the necessary precautions while traveling in Japan.
Entry & Visa Information
Japan has reciprocal visa exemption arrangements with 71 countries and regions. However, we recommend checking the specific entry requirements based on your nationality.
Immigration & Customs Pre-Registration (Optional)
To streamline your arrival process, please pre-register your entry and complete customs procedures in advance via the Visit Japan Web portal. This can be done easily on a PC or mobile device. Visit Japan Web
Mandatory Travel Insurance
All travelers, including dependents, are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Japan.
Currency & Payment
Cash is still widely used in Japan. We recommend obtaining Japanese yen before you travel. You can also withdraw cash from ATMs at airports and convenience stores. Most ATMs in Japan accept international credit and bank cards.
Luggage Guidelines
If you plan to travel with large or oversized luggage, please inform us in advance. Any baggage with a combined height, width, and depth of 161 cm to 250 cm is classified as oversized and requires prior notification to be allowed on board (such as the bullet train).
We understand that travel plans can change, and you may need to modify or cancel your tour for various reasons. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
